1. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, and whatever else you choose to fill in: a WhatsApp/Viber number, which plan you're interested in, and what you tell us about your business.

We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't use cookies to track you across visits.

2. How we use it

We use what you submit to reply to you, work out which plan fits, and, if you become a client, to onboard you. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.

3. Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our database. Access is limited to the people running LemonFoldr — there's no marketing automation platform or third-party mailing list your information gets piped into just from filling out the form.

4. If you become a client

Running your plan means your business data lives in a GoHighLevel workspace we set up for you — that's covered in our Terms of Service, not this policy, since it's your data in your workspace, not ours.

5. Third parties

This site is hosted on Vercel. Beyond hosting the site and, for clients, provisioning your GoHighLevel seat, we don't share your information with other third parties.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions as long as reasonably useful for following up, or until you ask us to delete them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@lemonfoldr.com and we'll handle it directly, not through a support ticket queue.

8. Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page with a new date rather than change it quietly.
